We offer free shipping on all USA orders. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. After your order is placed, it will be sent out in 1-3 business days (up to 4-6 days during sales and product launches), unless you choose priority shipping. You will receive an email or text notification when it ships with your tracking information. Your service option and location will then determine the number of shipping days. We can’t make guarantees regarding delivery dates, but we try to give accurate estimates when you order, although some orders may take longer. Due to delays in customs clearance and other external factors, we cannot make any guarantees regarding international shipping time. Nov 25 - Dec 25 shipping may take much longer.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product is defective
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
