Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of receiving the products. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. To begin the return process please email email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. You will receive a store credit to be used within 60 days.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. All sale items are considered final sale.
